In this paper,we consider the Ginzburg-Landau equation with parameter as following:First, the global existence of the weak solutions is established by the homog-enization boundary condition. Secondly, we prove that the solution is uniqueness. Third, the asymptotic behavior of solution under the assumption that the Neumann type control at the boundary decays in a similar manner.
