Hepatitis C virus has been a major public health challenge all over the world. In this paper, the mathematical models are established and the main contents are as follows:Firstly,we introduced the background of HCV,domestic and international research, the route of transmission, main performance and other related content about Hepatitis C vims.Secondly,we established the model of two different genetic types with acute and chronic stage in HCV.Then we discussed the model's corresponding existence and stability of equi-librium.The results show that the strain with the larger reproduction number will persist for a long time and the other strain will die out.If and only if two strains have the same reproductive number, then the coexistence occurs.Thirdly,we considered time delay and treatment of Hepatitis C Virus and established a mathematical model.then we discussed the equilibrium's existence and stability. The results show that, with arbitrary time delay ?>0,when R<1,disease-free equilibrium is global stable. In the same time, with the condition of 3w04+2h2?02+h1?0,R>mar{1,R1},When?<?0,the positive equilibrium point is local stable; When ?>?0,the positive equilibrium point unstable; When ? = ?O,the system appears a Hopf bifurcation and a periodic orbit. Finally, the numerical simulation proves the theory.
