In this paper,we introduced the definition and basic properties of the variable exponent Lebesgue space,and the boundedness of some singular operators on the variable exponent Lebesgue space is stated,firstly.Then,by using the definitions of Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent and the properties of Calderon-Zygmund multilinear singular integrals operator and multilinear Riesz potential operator,on the basic of the atomic decomposition of Herz-Hardy spaces with variable exponent,by using the Jensen and Holder inequalities,the boundedness of Calderon-Zygmund operator and from the product homogeneous Herz-Hardy spaces with variable exponent to the Herz spaces with variable exponent is obtained.
