Under the background of global climate change, with the accelerating process of urbanization in our country, the harm caused by the storm waterlogging increases year by year.Especially in some coastal cities of our country, the challenges brought by the storm waterlogging are more and more severe. Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the response of disasters caused by rainstorms to urbanization, especially in areas such as Shanghai Jiangqiao Town where urbanization is fast and land use changes, and it is prone to heavy rain disasters. Therefore, this paper uses Jiangqiao Town as a case study based on the land use data of Jiangqiao Town from 1979 to 2013 with SCS model and equal volume method to study the response of urban rainwater flood disaster to urbanization in Jiangqiao Town,Shanghai.Research results:(1)In the case of the maximum typhoon 24 hours a day,the SCS model, the isometric method and the simplified urban waterlogging model were used to simulate the heavy rainfall caused by rainstorm in the land use of Jiangqiao Town from 1979 to 2013 From the simulation,it can be found that the surface runoff depth of land use in Phase VI of Jiangqiao Town increases with the increase of urban land use, while the higher value is also increasing and the total water accumulation is also increasing. In the submerged depth simulated by the same volume method,it can be found that the areas with deep submergence of land use during the period from 1979 to 2006 were all located in the lower central north and central south China. In the first period of 2013,Northeast corner and other parts of the northwest corner.(2)Based on the existing submerged depth simulated by the same volumetric method, the exposure analysis of buildings is carried out,In order to more clearly identify the exposure of buildings, the indoor water depth of land use during the period from 1979 to 2013 in Jiangqiao Town was extracted to reflect the exposure of buildings and indoor property. The results show that with the deepening of urbanization, the area exposed by Jiangqiao Town is becoming larger and larger. The area of land occupied has increased from 6.7% in 1989 to 27% in 2013,and the exposure of the assets involved has also increased The more total assets exposed increased from 6.49 billion yuan in 1989 to 20.597 billion yuan in 2013.The spatial distribution of the changes are mainly scattered by the stars throughout the Jiangqiao town to the main distribution into the film in the north and central and southern.(3)Based on the existing submerged depth simulated by the same volumetric method, the vulnerability analysis of industrial buildings, residential buildings and houses and the indoor property of farmland, residential and industrial land are also carried out. From the analysis we can see that the occupancy of the industrial plant and residential buildings is more and more fragile.Spatially distributed by the stars scattered throughout the entire Jiangqiao town to the main focus on the central and northern and central South into a film distribution. The fragility of indoor property in farmland, industrial land and residential land shows that the period-by-period increases of the most vulnerable areas are mainly distributed in the lower-central North-central and central-southern parts.(4)Based on the existing land-use vulnerability of Jiangqiao Town during the period from 1979 to 2013,the land-use agricultural land, industrial buildings, residential buildings and indoor properties in Jiangqiao Town May be lost. From the data we can see that the total possible losses are increasing from period to period, from RMB 270 million in 1979 to RMB 0.0166 billion in 2013,and the area of high value areas of potential losses is also gradually increasing. The high value areas of possible loss in spatial distribution are scattered in the central and northern part and the central and southern part from the scattered stars, spreading into the middle and the northern parts and the middle and southern parts in patches.
