Three dimensional quantitative fluorescence technology can overcome the problem of oil and gas display in high angle drilling. In this paper, the technical specification, including sample selection and processing, analysis of sampling density, reasonable dilution ratio, is studied. Through the workload statistics, study and formulate the identification method of display layer, high background fluorescence display identification method, and establish the corresponding interpretation chart.Element logging technology can overcome the problem of low profile accuracy caused by the poor performance of the cuttings in high angle drilling. In this paper, we study the technical specifications of the instrument calibration and sample analysis, and analyze the influence factors. Through the elements of Jidong Oilfield common rock analysis, established database elements, and thus the lithology interpretation method, especially for special carbonate rocks according to the changes of element contents and elements curves analysis judgment original sedimentary environment and obtained a great breakthrough.After the application of three-dimensional quantitative fluorescence technique, the oil and gas in the 33 wells showed a rate of 100%, and the oil and gas showed the coincidence rate increased from 70% to 80.4%. After the application of element logging technology, the accuracy rate of Qianshan interface card was 100%, the coincidence rate of the profile was 91.3%, and the data interpretation coincidence rate was obviously improved.In this paper, the key is to solve the problem of oil and gas display and lithology identification in the process of the well logging. Therefore, the technology of 3D quantitative fluorescence logging and mud logging technology is studied, and the technical principle is discussed.
