Water environment is an important part of the ecosystem, pollution of the water environment has been an important issue relating to ecology, environment, economy and people's livelihood. Current research on environmental contaminants is very hot, and there are also a variety of standards concerning classification of pollutants. Wherein the neural inhibition pollutants pyrethroid pesticides belong to a class of important pollutants, with a huge amount.Studies have found out to evaluate the degree of water pollution.Via changes of zebrafish electrocardio in water environment has the following advantages: real-time, intuitive and simple. Therefore the study of fish electrocardio are gradually becoming more and more hot. Zebrafish became a biological experiment common model organism because of its small size, flexible activities, viability, easy feeding, and the survival rate is high, what is more, the growth cycle is more shorter, and it is sensitive to poisons. In recent years, zebrafish is widely used in the field of ecology, toxicology. And it provides favorable conditions in the various research areas of environmental monitoring of water. In recent years, animal electrocardio has been widely used in many areas of physiology, ecology. Electrocardio acquisition method used in this paper is accordding to dual electrode close pericardial cavity method by Guosheng Zhang as technical support, and on this basis, according to the required test papers, we redesigned the experiment by improving electrode, wire, connection, adhesive, etc. And we also joined the ground electrode to eliminate interference. Specific collection method are as follows: Fix zebrafish. Then electrodes and reference electrodes are inserted into the chest under two zebrafish fins 4mm deep, the ground electrode is inserted between two fins of zebrafish abdominal midline, connected electrocardio acquisition system, collecting zebrafish electrocardio. This paper selected neuroleptic water pollutants as representatives of environmental pollutants, zebrafish used as test organisms, zebrafish toxicity deltamethrin in exposed experimental basis, the zebrafish under the action of deltamethrin the median lethal concentr-ation 48h(48h-LC50) to a concentration units?TU?, set at a concentration of 0.5TU, 1TU and 2TU, set the time to 2h, 4h, 8h, 16 h, 32 h and 48 h, explore different concentrations and different zebrafish electrocardio changes under the influence of time, and explore the relationship between zebrafish electrocardio changes and environmental stress and zebrafish behavioral change.Deltamethrin zebrafish will impact electrocardio. Correlation.exists between electrocardio changes and the degree of deltamethrin concentration and time. Zebrafish electrocardio P wave, QRS wave group, T-wave amplitude represents the strength of the heart beat, and it will become stronger with the increase of the concentration or the extention of time, indicating that deltamethrin will strengthen heart beats of zebrafish. Zebrafish electrocardio P wave, QRS wave group, T-wave amplitude represents the strength of the heart beat, and it will become stronger with the increase of the concentration or the extention of time, indicating that deltamethrin will strengthen heart beats of zebrafish. But in the case of excessive deltamethrin concentration or too long duration of action, the heartbeat of zebrafish will be weak and slow down on the contrary.Environmental stress will have a very significant impact on the electrocardio of zebrafish. We use the product of concentration of deltamethrin versus time to indicate environmental stress. But with increasing environmental pressures, the electrocardio of zebrafish exhibits a weak-strong- weak and slow- fast- slow change. While during the real experiments, environment pressure is not just about two aspects of time and concentration of pollutants, so that the image in substantially the same trend also appeared disordered, which is the reactions on the environment when opposed to other pressure.Although deltamethrin have had a significant impact on electrocardio and behavior of zebrafish, but the correlation analysis of the electrocardio of zebrafish and behavior shows that correlation between the two is not significant. Probably this is the reason of the difference between the electrocardio of zebrafish and the inherent behavior change of physiological mechanisms. And a more comprehensive research method is needed to analyze the correlation between ECG and behavior.
