In the process of oil and gas exploration and exploitation, mud logging data is the most direct and important basis for the formation of oil and gas reservoirs. Gas logging technology is one of the most important means of mud logging technology. Because of the factors affecting gas logging data, it is urgent to carry out the research on the technology of logging interpretation and improve the utilization rate of data. This paper mainly completes the following work:This paper researched the working contents and working principle of mud logging technology and interpretation technology, analyzed the influence factors of gas logging data and its correction method;By gas testing data interpretation of conventional methods and characteristic chart and power chart, trend charts and trends-energy plate four interpretation chart application to practical hydrocarbon reservoir interpretation and evaluation;Changed the previous reservoir interpretation in the process of evaluation "to the traditional mode of control; maked full use of logging data of a large number of information data; summarized longitudinal continuous interpretation of reservoir evaluation model, analysis of the influencing factors in the process of logging, the logging data were correct, consecutive interpretation curve form truly reflected the formation of the actual situation and oil gas water in vertical distribution;By using gas logging data, the method of vertical continuous interpretation and evaluation of oil and gas reservoir can be divided into reservoir, and can be used to correct stratigraphic section.
