Oil and gas mixing technology is the major technology of the associated gas recovery and utilization. Oil-gas multiphase pump as a core part of multiphase technology, it is a multiphase delivery device of conventional pump and compressor performance. Because of the complexity of the media flow of transport oil and gas, multiphase pump cognitive and theoretical design are not yet adequate currently. In this paper, a new type of the Eccentric Rotary Oil-gas Multiphase Pump as the research object, using classical mechanics analysis the dynamic characteristics of moving parts, based on Fluent analysis the internal flow field numerical simulation and the main structural parameters of the eccentric return oil-gas multiphase pump, provides valuable reference for parameter optimization of eccentric rotary gas mixing. This paper focuses on the following four parts:(1).First introduce the working principle and structure characteristic of the Eccentric Rotary Oil-gas Multiphase Pump, and analyse dynamics of all moving parts inside the pump. By exploring the influence of main structure parameters on dynamic characteristics, obtain the results when optimizing the design of multiphase pump, first considering the influence of elative eccentricity of multiphase pump.(2).Building a multiphase pump test stand, eccentric rotation and gas mixing pump as test subjects, transport pure liquid, a mixture of oil and gas two-phase pump external characteristics test, the results show that multiphase pump has good performance of mixed transportation, while the test results also provide the subsequent numerical simulation criterion.(3).Adopt Pro/E build dimensional solid model, using ICEM-CFD mesh the model of dimension, and moving mesh updating for changing geometric space multiphase pump oil chambers. And establish oil and gas mixed transportation medium transient multiphase flow turbulent flow model and numerical calculation, application the test results for the numerical simulation results verify multi-angle. The results show that the experimental and numerical results are basically the same, verifying the correctness of the numerical simulation method.(4).Based on the above numerical simulation, analyse pressure distribution, streamline distribution, phase distribution, velocity vector and explore the multiphase pump internal flow field. Analyse different void fraction of the eccentric rotation of oil and gas properties of multiphase pump, numerical simulation and experimental results demonstrate consistency. Experimental prototype as a reference, binding main structure parameters on dynamic characteristics, analyze the impact of the main structural parameters of multiphase pump performance. The results show that:the main structural parameters of multiphase pump performance. The results show that the relative eccentricity influent on the volumetric efficiency of pump is lesser, relative eccentricity between 0.107?0.116, can make the whirling performance to achieve the best oil-gas mixture pumps.
