| Water and gas condensate extensively exist in Anyue gas-condensate wells, which may cause wellbore liquid loading and even water logging. Therefore, liquid unloading technology has great significance for gas reservoir development in the middle and later periods. There are two urgent problems for the application of liquid unloading technology in Anyue gas-condensate wells:First, there is no systemic and sound screening technique of liquid unloading technology yet; second. The liquid unloading technology commonly used by Anyue gas-condensate wells lacks accurate and specific design method. To solve these problems, it is of great significance for the development of gas reservoir to establish a scientific and practical screening technique of liquid unloading technology and optimize the design of the main liquid unloading technology of Anyue gas wells.By comparing the calculation result and actual result of the critical liquid carrying flow rate models, this paper selects the model that is the most suitable for Anyue gas-condensate well and judges the liquid loading of Anyue gas-condensate wells with this model. Engineering analysis method and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were established to screen the most suitable liquid unloading technology for the Anyue wells. And the main liquid unloading technology of Anyue gas-condensate wells is optimized.By research and analysis, the understanding and achievements are as follows:(1) For Anyue gas-condensate wells, the liquid judgment of the critical fluid carrying flow rate model revised by Zhang Miaomiao has the highest accuracy rate (89%).With this model, liquid loading judgment was conducted on the 72 production wells of Anyue Gas Reservoir, and 52 wells were found to have liquid loading.(2) Engineering analysis method and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were established to screen the liquid unloading technology.(3) The established screening methods were used to screen the gas lift, bubble draining, electric submersible pump, optimized tubular column, screw pump, and the gas lift-bubble draining compound technology. The two methods got the approximate result——gas lift, bubble draining, optimized tubular column and the gas lift-bubble draining compound technology are suitable for Anyue gas-condensate wells. Gas lift-bubble draining compound technology is the main liquid unloading technology of Anyue gas-condensate wells.(4) The design of gas lift-bubble draining compound technology was optimized, which has certain significance for the actual on-site construction. |
