With the common application of natural gas, LNG satellite station is more and more widely used. LNG satellite station with its characteristics of small size, less investment, can solve the problem of city peak shaving in conjunction with gas transmission pipeline. But it is still not perfect that the technology research for LNG satellite station, we will study the LNG satellite station's process, including the processing of BOG, the process of heat and mass transfer of LNG ambient air vaporizers and the heat and mass transfer of the self-pressurization process.Firstly, this paper uses specific rules of the mixture to calculate the thermophysical properties of natural gas, including the density, enthalpy, specific heat, heat of vaporization, viscosity and thermal conductivity of natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG), which provides theoretical basis for the back of the programming calculation.Secondly, this paper makes the optimization of the processing of BOG. It puts forward two kinds of the processing of BOG, including direct compression process and recondensation process. Comparing the energy consumption of two kinds of process under different conditions, including different throughput, transmission pressure and different storage pressure and handling capacity of BOG, it selects the appropriate processing of BOG.Then, this paper builds a heat and mass transfer model of tank pressurization process, and the model is solved by using the method of programming. It gets the time needed for the tank pressurization, and analyzes the influencing factors of tank pressurization, including the filling coefficient and the initial pressure of storage tank, which provides theoretical guidance for actual operation of the storage tank.Finally, this paper builds a heat and mass transfer model of LNG ambient air vaporizers, and the model is solved by using the method of programming. It gets the length of the finned tube, which can verify the validity of the model. At the same time, it gets the the rule of heat and mass transfer and analyzes the factors influencing the heat transfer of LNG ambient air vaporizers, including air temperature, The height of the fin, the number of fin and the vaporization capacity of LNG, which provides theoretical basis for the design of LNG ambient air vaporizers.
