Low permeable reservoir is mainly featured by low permeability, high filtration resistance and low oil productivity.Because the proven reserve of low permeable reservoir has decreased over the years, there is a growing emphasis on development of low permeable reservoir. Horizontal well can enlarge the contact area between reservoir and bore hole, and it can raise production. However, when the flow event is too complex, it has poor development response. With development and progress of fracturing technology, multi-stage fractured horizontal well has become the effective technical,which can develop low permeability and compact reservoir and increase well productivity.At present many scholars use linear flow model to simplify the percolation mechanism of multi-stage fractured horizontal well. However,it is not certain that the linear flow model can solve the problem accurately. The paper analyses and discusses the applicable conditions of linear flow model. The numerical simulation has relatively high accuracy, so the paper compares its result with the linear flow model's.The main works in this paper are as follows:(1) The seepage of low permeable reservoir is analysed, and the seepage of multi-stage fractured horizontal well is analysed too.(2) The well test model of trilinear flow for homogeneous reservoir is established and solved, the influence factors of bottom-hole pressurecurve are analysed.(3) The well test model of trilinear flow for heterogeneous reservoirs is established and solved, then the influence factors of bottom-hole pressurecurve are analysed.(4) The difference between trilinear of homogeneous reservoir and numerical simulator is seen in the diagrams, the applied conditions of trilinear are researched.(5) The difference between trilinear of heterogeneous reservoir and numerical simulator is seen in the diagrams, then the applied conditions are researched.
