China's economy increasingly high cost of energy, waste energy pumping oil industry more serious, with the progress of the development of power electronics technology and age, there is an urgent demand for a new pumping system, the main purpose is to more effectively save energy reduce oil production costs, improve system efficiency. From pumping mechanical structure and electric control two angles, the energy efficient focus, designed a new type of energy pumping.This paper first describes the advantages and disadvantages of technology development and mechanical structure and motor control method since the pumping unit development at home and abroad, and then divided into two aspects of the mechanical and electrical design of proposed and completed production and experimental kind. Mechanical design includes a mechanical structure without beam, motors, brakes, gearbox selection. Electrical aspects include motor selection on the basis of switched reluctance motor based on the analysis of the traditional control methods, and proposed direct torque control strategy by MatLab simulation to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy of pumping during operation temperature, as well as energy savings. After pumping the overall control circuit respectively each hardware module design, after the completion of the hardware design of the pumping system software part of the program design, make the new pumping unit pumping system to meet the needs of the state. Finally, we set up experimental platform pumping machinery, complete with integrated electrical wiring portion, so that the platform can simulate experimental pumping action. Through several experiments to verify the data overall pumping system energy conservation program effectiveness and advantages.
