With the constant increasing of urban population,the discharge of municipal waste is also rising.Since the untimely treatment of abundant garbage would affect people's life and aggravate environmental pollution,the design of effective garbage disposal system is quite imperative.CPS(Cyber-Physical Systems)can be defined as a complicated system integrated of perceptual system,computing system,communication system and control system,with the goal of cognizing physical world more thoroughly and controlling physical world more effectively through wider interconnection.Currently,CPS has been conducted with tentative application in fields like environmental monitoring,intelligent transportation and wisdom medical.Combined with feature of physical information fusion system and intelligent development trend of current garbage disposal system,this paper studies the wireless remote monitoring system of garbage site based on the CPS framework.This paper first introduces the research background and research significance of discussion object,and then expounds the following content:(1)Based on detailed analysis on concept,system construction and key attributes of CPS,wireless remote monitoring CPS structure of garbage site is established in combination with feature and architecture of CPS.(2)Mathematical model of the delivery and collection route of garbage truck(which is optimized by ant colony optimization)is established in combination with actual situation of garbage site.In the simulation experiment,vehicle driving routes optimized by ant colony optimization are given separately with 3 garbage trucks as example.(3)This paper conducts design for the hardware of wireless remote monitoring system of garbage site.PLC of Siemens S7-200 series is selected as the remote controller of this system.The hardware part includes selection of garbage sensor,selection of PLC,selection of wireless transceiver GPRS module and selection of short message sending module,as well as introduction of communication protocol between PLC and GPRS module.At last,ultrasonic level meter and connection diagram of PLC are given.(4)This paper also conducts design for the software of wireless remote monitoring system of garbage site.The garbage amount in dustbins of each garbage site would be sent to PLC via ultrasonic level meter.The information of garbage amount in dustbins of each garbage site would be transmitted to GPRS-DTU via PLC program,which including input subroutine of garbage amount and communication subroutine.Besides,the paper designs the man-machine monitoringinterface of system via configuration software Fame View,as modules of user login management system function module,historical data query system function module,alarm information query system function module and SMS alarm function module are included in the monitoring interface.(5)Finally,the wireless remote monitoring system of garbage sites for debugging,debugging main content with ultrasonic level meter debugging,SMS module debugging and GPRS serial debugging.
