Ion-absorbed type rare earth ore maily be concentrated in the south of C hina,and it is popular to extract rare earth by in-situ leaching process from it.At present,almost producers comply with their tradition to acquire informations of leaching data by manual recording,and it is not efficient to meet the need of technology development.So,a software named King View which is widely used in domestic industria automation was adopted to make acquiring and reporting production datas automatic in ion-absorbed type rare earth ore leaching process.The basic situation of the mine was introduced firstly,then the field process graph was drawed to determine the functional requirements of the system,finally the overall architecture of the system was designed to determine the overall design.Then select "K ingview 6.55" as the development platform.The flow meter,p H meter and level meter was selected,then defined the PLC simulation equipment.The data variables was defined,the system interface was designed and developmented,the system was configured.Finally,system was run and published in the WEB.The main functions of this system include:(1)Real-time data display: simulated field process,realize the online display and control of the switch status for pump and valve,real-time display liquid level,flow rate and p H of each pond.(2)Input and record ing function: achieve the chemical raw materials,slag and carbonate rare earth production inputs and records.After manually enter field tests concentration of rare earth ions and ammonium ions,the system can automatically records and generate reports.The runtime length and cumulative flow will be automatically recorded when you turn on pumps and valves.(3)Reporting: achieve the query of daily reports and monthly reports,and they can be automatically saved or manually saved.Achieve the query of historical data,read and delete the table which has been saved.In addition,it also provides print function for each report.(4)Curve analysis: curve analysis include real-time curve analysis and historical curve analysis.(5)Alarm function: it will be displayed in real-time alarm window when the real-time flow rate and liquid level exceeds the set value,alarm history window is used to query the alarm records.The development of automatic data acquisition and report system for ion-absorbed type rare earth ore in-situ leaching process has great practical significance.The system use Kingview to acheive real-time data acquisition and automatic report generation for ion-absorbed type rare earth ore in-situ leaching process.It can acheive the real-time control of rare earth production,reagents consumption and the equipment operating parameters and state when used to rare earth mine actual production process.To learn the operation situation of the project and can quickly make reflect,realize monitoring and management integrative.With this system,can get rid of the way of manual data recording and reporting,reducing human resources and production costs,improving work efficiency and productivity.
