Design And Implementation Of Remote Monitoring Of Coal Mine Underground Detection Robots

With growing demand for coal,work of coal mining become more and more heavy and it is particularly important to ensure the safety of coal mining.The application of remote monitoring system of coal mine detection robot can prevent safety accidents,which can play a huge role to rescue especially in the coal mine accident.A special detecting robot to realize remote monitoring is designed and implemented according to the requirements of coal mine in China in this paper.This topic gives an overall design for coal mine detection robot remote monitoring system based on the development of coal mine detection robot at home and abroad,and current practical problems existing in the mine detection robot,and the application requirements,and combination with the requirements as real-time,reliability,stability and economy.Analyzing the technology of the coal mine detection robot remote monitoring,including basic model,model analysis and influencing factors.Implementation of hardware is mainly explained,including ATmega128 minimum system,serial communication module,wireless communication module,motor drive module,sensor module,power module and other auxiliary modules.Software of the robot and PC are further researched with the implementation of hardware.Finally,system debugging is realized by the combination of hardware and software,which mainly divides into four parts,including the simulation debugging,hardware debugging,software debugging and on-line debugging.The reliability and stability of the system function are verified,and the coal mine robot can finish the task of remote monitoring is ensured.
