Sinopec (Ningxia) the Great Wall Energy Co. Ltd. is located in the southeast of Yinchuan city at about 43km Lingwu City Ciyao mapaoquan town area, the high salt water zero discharge project according to the overall water balance, double membrane water treatment processing device after 10800m3/d (450m3/h) high salt emissions, TDS (total dissolved solids) about 4081mg/l this program is divided into two steps, the implementation of zero discharge of the high saline treatment:the first step, the original sewage reuse treatment system on the basis of a new set of membrane concentration treatment system, sewage emissions reduction, and emissions to the temporary evaporation pond; the second step of evaporation and crystallization of high concentrated water reduction after complete, to achieve zero emissions. The system for the production of 93% of high-quality reuse water of circulating water system, the final residual salt mud, delivery, to achieve zero discharge of sewage plant, to meet the CMC Ningdong Ningdong base on gradually realize zero discharge of high saline.The salt water zero discharge apparatus was built after can meet the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Ningdong energy, chemical industry base management committee of Sinopec Great Wall of Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (Ningxia) as Ningdong energy, chemical industry base in high saline zero emission control the first batch of enterprises, also meet Corporation of enterprise wastewater reuse rate of the index requirements, to the greatest extent reduce corporate pollution to the environment, and strive to reach the goal of green environmental protection enterprise.
