Research On Vibration Signal Detection System Of CNC Roll Grinder

Due to there are many different kinds of vibration and the reason of causing factors and the treatment ways is not different for the grinder in the process, So it is very important to analysis and diagnosis of the vibration of the kinds of vibration. The purpose of this paper is detect the signals of vibration,It is make a series of studies around the vibration phenomenon of processing for CNC roll in one factory.The main research of points are as follows:1) First of all,Make the theoretical research of relevant vibration on grinding machine, and make modal simulation analysis and obtained the natural frequency of vibration,Gear bearing vibration of mathematical modeling and analysis, Using the wavelet analysis of more optimal denoising algorithm and complet the rolling bearing fault signal de-noising processing.2) Secondly, according to the main processing parameters of a type of CNC roll grinding machine, Based on vibration sensor, sensor noise, NI data acquisition card completed the detection system hardware platform, based on sound card fault detection mode and PSD optical sensor with high precision vibration signal collection. The virtual instrument technology is introduced into the field of grinding vibration signal detection, which lays the foundation for the realization of the main vibration and noise signal detection and the development of the system.3) Developed detecting system based on Labview and Matlab mixed programming technology, The system has signal acquisition, signal processing, analysis, data storage, report and other functions, and can realize the multi-channel vibration signal acquisition, including wavelet analysis, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, joint time frequency analysis, fault diagnosis and so on.4) Finally, Make test research and application analysis with the vibration detection system analysis platform the type of MK8440 A CNC roll grinder. The experimental results show that the detection system can meet the needs of grinding motor, spindle, bearings and the gear vibration signal analysis and processing, to the vibration signal detection in grinder, roll surface marks of vibration cause analysis provide theoretical basis and practical basis.
