Materials science has developed rapidly in recent years. As an important subject, nano materials have become the research direction of many research teams. At present, there are many methods to prepare and apply nano materials, and the electrostatic spinning method is a typical representative. The nanofibers by electrospinning with specific surface area, small size, good stability and so on, but the electrospinning process also being high voltage electrostatic risk coefficient is high, energy consumption, fiber disorganized defects. The near field electrospinning technique is proposed to solve these problems effectively. The technology is realized by reducing the distance between the spinning and the spinning voltage. Due to the characteristics of the fiber in the near field electrospinning, it has greatly promoted the application of this technology in micro / nano fabrication and biomedical applications.In this paper, we mainly do three aspects of work. Is summarized the near-field electrospinning technology development process and summarized the application; second is to explore the effects to the preparation of nano fiber factors of rules, and summarized;law system, the influence of the application of near field electric fiber spinning factors to produce the conductivity of nanofiber, and differences in fiber morphology and electrical properties under different conditions are studied.First, the research team at home and abroad for more than a decade to explore the results of the near field electrospinning technology are reviewed. The whole process of near field electrospinning from initiation to maturity is summarized. Including the concept of near field electric spinning technology, the preliminary exploration of influencing factors and the deep exploration of the direct writing of the direct deposition of nano fibers. At the same time, the application of the near field electrospinning is summarized.Second, by improving the traditional electrostatic spinning device, adding a mobile collection platform, the use of near field electrospinning technology to prepare the array of nano fibers, to explore the influence of fiber morphology factors. Study found that the main factors that affect the reception of the substrate material, the collection of the polar movement speed, the size of the spinning voltage, the shape of the needle, etc.. According to the experimental phenomena, the influencing factors were summarized and analyzed.Third, using the law of the influence factors of near field electrospinning, three different conductive fibers were successfully prepared by adding DMSO, EG, EMIMAc and PEDOT:PSS-PVP solution as the precursor solution. Two kinds of flexible substrates were used in the collection. Experiment of different conductive fiber morphology and electric properties were compared. On the different substrate received the difference of the conductive properties of the fiber was studied; on flexible substrate receiving fiber under different degree of bending of the conductive properties were compared. According to the experimental results, a theoretical analysis is made on the laws of each rule.At last, the experiment is summarized, and the future work is planned and prospected with the previous research.
