In 2015 Jilin Petrochemical Fine Chemical Factory established a set of equipment which could produce 200 tons of emulsion ABS composite antioxidants a year.As the development of this programme,we must design an exact method of analysis.Only by having a set of effective analysia method,could we conduct the production,adjust the methods of production,and examine che product.So the analysis methods are very important to enlarge the equipment.The analysis steps of antioxidants consist of testing raw materials,intermediate analysis and the test of product.Considering the importance of the methods,I did some research about emulsion ABS composite antioxidants in order to give some facts and experiences to our equipment and other ones.In my paper,fist of all I define the five technical indexes of emulsion type ABS composite antioxidant production.They are the appearance,pH value,solid content mass fraction,the content of effective components and particle size.Secondly,according to the index,several feasible analysis conditions are listed.Next through the comparison text and analysis of a variety of analysis conditions,clear the best analysis conditions.Finally,I summarize the analysis conditions for the emulsion type ABS composite antioxidant product.The analysis conditions are as follows: First,the appearance,we adopt the visual method,the sample weight 3.0g,Determination a sample of 3.0g under the natural light conditions;Second,the pH value,we adopt the glass electrode method,according to the relevant provisions of GB/T6920-86 ?Water quality Determination of pH value Glass electrode method?determination;Third,solid content mass fraction,we adopt the gravimetric method,heat a sample of 4.5g~5.0g in the 105±1 Deg.C heating oven for two hour;Fourth,the content of effective components,we use the hig liquid chromatography method for the quantitative analysis of the external standard;Fifth,the particle size,we measure the particle size by automatic laser instrument,with diluted sample by distilled water at 25 centigrade.
