Inner hydro-forming technology different from the traditional forming technology,it can make complex hollow cross-section of artifacts.Aluminum alloy material is more and more applied in the manufacturing industry,since this can make structure lightweight design and lightweight materials the effective ways to combine effectively.The forming performance of aluminum alloy at room temperature is poor,we can improve the formability of aluminum alloy material by raising temperature.Therefore,in order to use aluminum alloy materials in the internal high pressure forming technology to achieve the purpose of lightweight design,the high pressure of hot forming technology research is very necessary.This article did some research about inner hydro-forming forming at elevated temperature.The paper designed a set of equipment for inner hydro-forming at elevated temperature,and equipment provides a complete heating control circuit.The forming tube can be heated to forming temperature range and accurate temperature control effectively.Also equipment can provide inner high pressure up to 150 MPa which can effectively guarantee the supply of forming internal pressure.At the same time,the equipment can ensure overall sealing performance of experiment around high pressure environment.Equipment designed can change mould to fit heating box cavity,may request a change of mould according to the follow-up experiments for subsequent further experimental studies.Based on the theory of GTN damage finite element,the paper created the model by using the method of numerical simulation and experimental contrast correction for GTN model parameters.And article did finite element numerical simulation about internal high pressure hot forming through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS on the 5754 aluminum alloy tube.The simulation analysis under different temperature conditions can analyze forming properties of materials.Finally,the paper did free bulging experiment and forming experiment by the equipment designed.Then the paper analyzed and judged the formability of the materials at different temperatures through the experimental results.
