Centrifugal compressor is the key equipment of petrochemical enterprise.It has a large flow,high rotating speed.And it provides a complete set of equipment and takes the circulation medium loop dynamic task.If the event of failure takes place,it most likely evolved into large production accident,causing huge economic losses.Therefore,how to take timely measures at the time of the centrifugal compressor fault symptom to avoid the happening of the accident;How to quickly find out the reason after the equipment failure and exclusion and reduce to a minimum is centrifugal compressor fault accident has become a very important research subject.In this paper,the fault diagnosis technology is based on Petri net system of centrifugal compressor faults to analysis its condition and diagnose its fault.First of all,the basic knowledge and basic rules of the basis of Petri net is defined,and then the fault information is then established for analysis of centrifugal compressor fault Petri net systems model is derived,it is used to analysis system.By using the correlation matrix and the state equation method to simulate the propagation path of fault information.But fault Petri nets can hardly solve the problems in the fuzziness and uncertainty when reverse fault source diagnosis reasoning,there are serious defects,which leads to reasoning process unsustainable,so we need to improve the fault Petri net,make it adapts to the realistic need of fault diagnosis.In order to overcome the shortcomings of simulating and reasoning complex fuzzy fault information in Petri nets,the confidence level and depth search biggest priority diagnostic methods are introduced at first,combining Petri nets and fuzzy reasoning to put forward the fault diagnosis method,concepts and rules of fuzzy Petri nets,using backward reasoning algorithm based on the fault to locate the fault source and gives the concrete steps of the reasoning algorithm.At the same time,combines with the forward reasoning analysis algorithm,by logical reasoning and the system state reasoning operation,centrifugal compressor fault system is analyzed.Through the analysis of the forward reasoning centrifugal compressor system and reverse diagnosis reasoning,we come to a consistent conclusion,and find out the the possibility of fault sources and their cause of the system.So verifies the effectiveness and the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm,improves the efficiency and the accuracy of fault diagnosis.For the staff of centrifugal compressor equipment provides a new method and a new thinking to take daily maintenance and fault diagnosis.
