Nitrogen compound plays important parts in pharmaceutical and chemical intermediates.This article introduces some nitrogen compounds as the main research objects,such as phenanthridines,quinolines and nitriles.The main results and conclusions are summarized as following three parts:(1)In the second chapter,this paper studies a new method for preparing organic nitrile compounds.The nitrile compounds can be prepared by dehydration of aldehyde oxime with benzene selenoic acid.Reaction process conditions were investigated,such as:the amount of solvent,solvent,catalyst amount.Screened out of the 5%catalyst amount and acetonitrile solvent.The seleninobenzoic acid can efficiently and selectively catalytic aldehyde oxime dehydration to 20 nitrile compounds.At the same time,the correctness of the structure of nitrile compounds was identified by NMR,IR and MS.In this paper,several control experiments were done to verify the mechanism of the reaction.(2)Phenanthrene compounds are also important class of pharmaceutical intermediates,so this article in the third chapter mainly studied the preparation of phenanthrene compounds.This article found that the imide radical from the electron donor acceptor complexes,which were excitated by visible light,can formate phenanthridines and its derivatives through single electron transfer with high selectivity and high yield.Reaction process conditions were investigated,such as:leaving group,solvent,base and so on.The optimum preparation conditions conclude that dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent and triethylamine as the base.Under the condition of this process,15 representative phenanthrene compounds were prepared.In addition,the correctness of the structure of the compound was identified by NMR,IR and high resolution mass spectrometry.At the same time,the feasibility of the reaction was calculated by UV spectrophotometry and cyclic voltammetry.(3)At the same time,the fourth chapter of this article selected the process conditions in the third chapter,which can preparat quinoline compounds cleanly and efficiently.Quinoline compound precursor has been synthesized,which confirms the operability of the method used in this experiment.At the same time,this paper identified the correctness of the structure of raw materials and products by NMR,IR and high resolution mass spectrometry.
