Study On Desalination Technology Of Silk Fibroin Solution And Its Application In Textile

Planting mulberries has a long history in China,which is Chinese traditional industries.We got lots of cocoons in the process of raising silkworm.Since the early 1980s,We started processing and research deeply for silk.The main ingredients are silk fibroin and sericin.Researchers have been able to extract,separate the components,and used in textile,foodstuff and medicament industry.Silk fibroin is the main ingredient in silk.Silk fibroin has many physiological active functions.Now the development of extraction and preparation technology of fibroin are very mature,but in the whole process of the preparation there is a key technical problem which is removing high concentration of CaCl2.This topic is mainly to explore desalination technology,designed the feasible and efficient desalination technology.Diffusion dialysis and electrodialysis desalination process was optimized.The optimization results show that the material liquid concentration of diffusion dialysis experiment is 4%,material liquid and distilled water flow ratio of 2:1,material liquid flow is 40 L/h,distilled water flow is 20 L/h,The current of Electrodialysis experiment is 0.2 A.Material liquid and distilled water flow ratio is 1:1,the material liquid flow is 20 L/h,and distilled water flow is 20 L/h.Under optimized conditions,four kinds of desalination way six experiments were used respectively for the same amount of silk fibroin solution desalination,the results show that the diffusion dialysis and electrodialysis desalination effect optimal integration process,desalination rate is as high as 99.98%,the recovery rate of protein is 90.54%,NSI value of 98.65%,the ash content of 0.91%.And through the analysis of experimental data can get better results when the diffusion dialysis desalting rate of around 65%in electrodialysis experiment.Amino acids by amino acid analyzer preparation of silk fibroin determination of product composition,the results show that the main amino acid products:glycine,alanine,tyrosine and serine content accounted for about 85%of the total amino acid content.The relative molecular mass and its distribution of TSK by gel permeation chromatography determination of fibroin protein products,the results show that after four kinds of desalting methods of silk fibroin molecular weight distribution is basically the same,the different ways of desalination had no effect on the distribution of molecular weight.Study on the application of homemade silk fibroin products in the textile field.For the preparation of silk fibroin solution through the process processing to improve the performance of cotton fabrics,cotton fabrics.The results show that in the presence of crosslinking agent,cotton fabric wrinkle resistance and tear strength increased,and whiteness basically unchanged.
