Electrospinning is one of the most effective methods to prepare nanofibers.Electrospun nanofibers have the advantages of large specific surface area and high porosity,and have good application prospect in the field of heavy metal ion adsorption.Cellulose acetate?CA?nanofiber membrane,aminated cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane and carbon nanotube modified cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane was prepared.The main work includes the following:?1?Preparation of cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane.The influence of different factors?solution concentration,electric field intensity,extrusion rate and receiving distance?on the fiber diameter was analyzed by response surface methodology.?2?Preparation of aminated CA Nanofiber Membrane.The CA nanofibers were treated by deacetylation of the CA nanofibers using NaOH alcohol solution and then reacted under the catalysis of sodium carbonate.The properties of CA nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.?3?Preparation of carbon nanotubes modified cellulose acetate nanofibers.Carbon nanotubes modified cellulose acetate nanofibers were prepared by the reaction of aminated cellulose acetate and carbon nanotubes in N,N-dicyclohexylcarbamides?DCC?,and their properties were analyzed by different characterization methods.?4?Adsorption behavior of Cu2+ and Pb2+ of three different cellulose acetate nanofiber membranes.The effects of pH value,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the adsorption capacity were analyzed.The adsorption behavior of Cu2+ and Pb2+ was investigated by isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetic equation.The results show that the adsorption behavior of Cu2+ and Pb2+ is the chemical adsorption of the three kinds of nanofiber membranes,and the adsorption isotherms of Cu2+ and Pb2+ meet the Langmuir equation.
