Pipeline transportation is a kind of low cost and efficient way for transport.However,because of the complicated geological conditions in our country,it is inevitable for the project of natural gas transmission from west to east China to cross some those places.In the loess area of the gas pipeline often affected by flood disaster,especially for the buried pipeline caused by loess erosion damage which has the characteristics of concealment and sudden may get across greater losses,while the pipeline company invested a lot of manpower,material resources,to take various measures are not effective.Therefore,it is important to study the damage of loess erosion of buried pipeline and the method to safety assessment.This paper studied the loess erosion,analyzed the relationship between loess corrosion of buried pipeline damaged by subsurface erosion of loess,and the buried pipeline's subsurface erosion disaster of logistic corrosion damage form and disaster mechanism are described.Meanwhile,with the help of GPR and combining various survey methods to investigate the damage of buried pipeline in Loess erosion.The distribution and characteristics of the disaster are summarized,and the five kinds of development model of buried pipeline in Loess erosion disaster are obtained.Finally,the four processes of disaster development are described in detail.Then,the pipeline model is established by ABAQUS software,and the state of pipeline under different working conditions are simulated and analyzed,from which the stress and deformation of the pipeline are obtained.While,under the effect of different factors,stress,strain and displacement of pipeline are analyzed.The influence degree of different factors on pipeline condition is compared,and relevant disaster prevention and control suggestions are put forward next.The failure analysis of the pipeline is carried out on the basis of two failure criteria.Finally,a buried pipeline's safety assessment model for subsurface erosion of Loess was built by the catastrophe theory.In addition,the assessment index of pipeline condition is put forward,and the quantitative evaluation model is introduced.The finite element model is established by combining the exploration results of the project of natural gas transmission from west to east China of EA052 disaster point.Then,the results is brought into the evaluation model to analyze and get the security hazards to provide a theoretical basis for the flood disaster of loess buried pipeline corrosion prevention and control work.
