Energy saving and emission reduction is an important basic national policy in our country,and it is also the basic requirement for implementing the scientific development concept,improving the quality and efficiency of economic development and enhancing the core competitiveness.Oil and gas industry is a pillar of China's economy,and it is also one of the major energy-saving emission reduction areas due to its high energy consumption and high emissions.Diesel engine is large-scale energy-consuming equipment at the drilling site,especially when diesel engine is required to drive with diesel engines or motors.At present,the domestic mainly rely on manual operation to increase or reduce the number of parallel diesel engines.This method is easily to cause uneven distribution of diesel power and high energy consumption.The development of a parallel vehicle monitoring system that meets the current requirements has a significant impact on energy saving and emission reduction in the oil and gas industry.On the basis of extensive research,this paper expatiates the current research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the current development trend of torque measurement and speed measurement in this field.The monitoring scheme was put forward,which was composed of strain-type torque sensor-based drilling machine diesel engine torque monitoring,drilling machine diesel engine speed monitoring based on Hall-type speed sensor,and engineering parameters based on Zigbee protocol.The design of the parallel drive scheme was based on the gear drive.Analyzed and designed the hardware and software of the system in detail.The related devices were selected and the circuit was completed.The vehicle monitoring system was programmed via IAR Embedded Workbench software.Completed the calibration of the sensor and the principle of machine experiment of laboratory diesel engine and motor parallel drive.The correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by experiments in the laboratory.It shows that the theory of the diesel engine and motor vehicle monitoring system completed in this paper was correct and the structure design is reasonable,which meets the design index of the laboratory.The research results have certain practicability,and the application prospect is good,which lays the foundation for further practical research.
