As China’s oil and gas exploration and development moves towards the deep strata,screw drill stator rubber influenced by down hole high temperature heat aging has become increasingly evident,Resulting in serious decline in the performance of screw drilling machine.The screw motor stator rubber is mainly subjected to the common aging effect of underground ambient temperature and stator rubber lagging heat generation,after the screw drilling tool currently working more than 100 hours,their output efficiency tends to drop from about 50%to about 35%,and this recession has seriously affected the drilling efficiency.Stator rubber heat aging is one of the important causes of screw drill machine output efficiency recession.Therefore,it is urgent to understand the effect of thermal aging on the mechanical properties of screw drill stator rubber and the performance of screw drilling machine stator bushings.At the beginning of the design,a comprehensive scheme to reduce the output performance of screw drill machine is proposed.In this paper,based on the screw motor stator rubber for different temperature thermal aging experiments.Tensile stress-strain data is obtained by fitting the experimental and Mooney-Rivlin model constants and Yeoh model constants and the resulting experimental data and the model constants obtained data were analyzed,and then using the obtained model constant combined the stator rubber lagging heat generation to carry on a series of simulation contrast analysis,finally to get to screw motor performance parameter calculation formula was further improved and the derivation and generation-related parameters were calculated.Specific work is carried out as follows:(1)The thermal aging experiments of different temperature screw motor stator bushings were carried out,tensile stress-strain data obtained through experiments and the use of Mooney-Rivlin model and Yeoh constitutive model constants model number theory fit fitting model and the Mooney-Rivlin model Yeoh constitutive model constants at different temperatures.(2)The Mooney-Rivlin model is more suitable for the mechanical analysis of the screw motor stator rubber than the Yeoh model by comparing the simulation results with the indoor experimental results.Further simulation studies for the subsequent conduct of the screw motor stator liner selected the best rubber constitutive model.(3)Having undertaken an environmental temperature field considering the ambient temperature and heat aging without considering the ambient temperature thermal aging conventional wall thickness of the stator bush and a wall thickness of the stator bush and other comparative simulation analysis,it is concluded that the two kinds of wall thickness are very different from the thermal aging of the ambient temperature and the thermal aging without considering the ambient temperature.The simulation results can not only provide some reference for the linear design of the stator bushing of the screw motor and the selection of the interference quantity,which proves that the thermal aging of the stator of the screw motor is of great significance.(4)The simulation analysis of the lagging heat generation of the stator bushings considering the thermal aging of the ambient temperature and the thermal aging without considering the ambient temperature is carried out,consider draw ambient temperature heat aging and does not consider the ambient temperature thermal aging conventional wall thickness of the stator bush cloud lag heat temperature difference is very small,but the maximum temperature rise are quite different variation with depth of both.It is proved that the thermal aging of the ambient temperature has a great influence on the delayed heat generation of the stator rubber.(5)Through the process model,the simulation research joint screw motor stator temperature of the thermal liner joint temperature field of aging,the simulation results will provide a more accurate reference for the linear design of the screw motor stator and the selection of the interference amount.(6)The formula of the performance parameters of screw motor drilling performance is further deduced and perfected,and then calculate the influence of the combined temperature field thermal aging on the drilling performance of the screw motor.The influence of the combined temperature field thermal aging on the drilling performance of the screw motor is analyzed.Through the above work,this paper has realized a set of perfect research on the rubber thermal aging of screw motor stator bushings,aging research work not only for the screw motor stator bush thermal study took excellent model that provides a different model with constant temperature conditions,but also to improve the efficiency of screw drill drilling work has played a positive role in promoting.
