The Poly(vinylidene fiuoride)(PVDF)piezo-film has lightweight,good processing performance,wide frequency response,high sensitivity,good corrosion stability.Its superior piezoelectric properties make PVDF piezoelectric sensing elements especially suitable for use in clothing to monitoring human physiology and exercise state.Elbow joint is an important part of human activities,relative to other joints of the body,elbow joint activity range is relatively large,more vulnerable to injury.Through monitoring the movement characteristics of human elbow joint,changing the rhythm and movement mode of movement,looking for the best movement posture,the elbow joint injury can be reduced to a great extent.Aiming at the intelligent development trend of today's clothing,combined with the hot PVDF piezoelectric film in the field of domestic and international sensors,a simple PVDF piezoelectric sensor element is developed.The development of the PVDF piezoelectric sensor and the testing of its performance are described in detail.The main work is as follows:(1)We explore the performance difference between 3F company of Shanghai FR904 and American Su Wei 21216 PVDF raw materials of the two models.(2)By casting method and electrostatic spinning method for preparing PVDF piezoelectric thin film,thin film research performance difference of two different preparation methods of the electrospun fiber membrane that has strong piezoelectric properties,PVDF fiber membrane with different concentrations through the electrode selection,shape and cutting,welding wire,edge processing,covered electrode the steps of preparation of piezoelectric sensor core.And through the piezoelectric test platform built on the PVDF piezoelectric line and sensitivity test.It was found that the piezoelectric performance of PVDF sensor with 10%concentration was excellent.(3)The double layer PVDF fiber membrane is connected in series to form the sensor.The test results show that the piezoelectric performance is two times of the single sensor core.(4)The warp knitted mesh fabric made of elbow clothing,double PVDF fiber membrane sensor embedded in the elbow clothing,test arm in different bending state of the output signal.
