Graphene is an atomic-scale honeycomb lattice of carbon atoms.Due to the high optical transmittance and electronic Mechanical properties,graphene have been used in various of transparent conductive films(TCFs),composite materials,battery capacitors,anti-corrosion coatings,and other fields.Graphene oxide(GO)is an important derivative of graphene,its own special structure and performance makes it as a new type of two-dimensional material.In this paper,different sizes of graphene oxide were prepared via Hummers method by controlling the oxidation and sonication.The size of L-GO is in the range of 20-50 ?m and the size of S-GO is about 100 nm.Based on the size-dependent property,different size GO can be applied in different fields.Large-size graphene oxide(L-GO)is widely used in TCFs because of its more complete structure and low contact resistance.And small-size graphene oxide(S-GO)has a potential application in the direction of the dispersant because of its high edge/area ratio.Graphene oxide(GO)film was prepared by rod-coating method.GO can be reduced by electron transfer and nascent hydrogen produced between aluminum(Al)film deposited by vacuum evaporation method and hydrochloric acid(HCl)solution for only 5 minutes.The effect of the thickness of Al film and the concentration of HCl solution during the reduction was explored.Atomic force microscope images clearly showed continuous film which was resulting from the overlap of GO film and the film had a relatively significant flat surface morphology.The sheet resistance of the films could be significantly reduced by Al film in HCl solution and reached 9.38 k?/sq with a high transmittance of 80%at 550 nm.Single wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)were in bundles because of strong intertube van der Waals interactions which need dispersion agents.Here we report a study in which GO were used to disperse SCWNTs for solution-like suspensions.UV-vis spectrophotometer and TEM was introduce to analysis the effect of different sizes of graphene oxide on the dispersion of SWCNTs.Then transparent conducting film was prepared by spray-coating method on the PET,the properties of GO/SWCNTs films were investigated.It was concluded that the dispersion effect of S-GO was the best,and the film prepared by S-GO/SWCNTs dispersion had the best performance.The sheet resistance was 1.8 k?/sq at 85%transmittance.
