With the rapid increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease,long-term real-time monitoring of patients becomes more and more important.Clothing as a vehicle for most closely contact with human body,has the characteristics of low physiological and psychological burden,is the best platform to realize ECG signal acquisition,so the ECG monitor clothing is the best method of dynamic ECG signal acquisition.This article adopts the method of embroidery and electrolytic deposition developed six different types of fabric surface bioelectricity dry electrodes,and through the independent development of electrode performance test device test the static and dynamic performance of dry electrodes.Then make the different size of the fabric dry electrodes,through to the various size fabric dry electrode contact resistance and collected ECG signal analysis,determine the wearable ECG monitoring clothing fabric dry electrodes in the optimal size.And in the region of the male lead ECG monitor clothing 3 select multiple test points,by electrocardiogram and power spectrum diagram analysis obtained 3 lead monitoring method under the best position of male clothing electrode ECG monitoring.For fabric dry electrodes,all can get good ECG signal,but the embroidery electrode compared Ag/AgCl electrode has high ac impedance,the greater the impedance in the process of measuring the voltage value of the share,this is not conducive to obtain accurate ECG signal,So Ag/AgCl electrode compared with embroidery electrode is more suitable for ECG signal acquisition.Ag/AgCl electrode with the increase of applied voltage,AgCl grain density increased,Ag/AgCl complex impedance increase,but too little AgCl particles will have high polarization impedance,results show that the voltage is 2 v,60 s reaction time of Ag/AgCl electrode from the static and dynamic performance of electricity or from the actual effect of ECG signal acquisition is the best choice.For different size of the fabric dry electrodes,size different will affect the accuracy of the resistance of the electrode contact,signal and the signal intensity,inhibition effect of myoelectricity also each are not identical,through to the diameter of 1.5 cm,2 cm,2.5 cm,3 cm,3.5 cm round fabric dry electrodes,determine the diameter of 2.5 cm fabric dry electrode is the best size for ECG signal collection electrode.For the electrode position,3 lead monitoring electrode in the best position depends on the chest,little left abdomen location for ECG acquisition effects,corresponding position in the human body is shoulder line midpoint to armhole depth line the halfway point of the vertical section towards thebody line 3 cm,position closer will cause both positive and negative electrode signal interference,electrodes in the best location,caused by inappropriate location electrode motion artifact is obviously improved,collected the stability of the ECG signal is improved obviously.Dry electrodes can get the best fabric in terms of intelligent monitoring garment surface bioelectricity dry electrodes to provide strong support,the electrode in the best position in the ECG monitor clothing can also to improve the motion artifact in ECG monitoring clothing signal acquisition provide strong support.
