With further development of the industrialization of China,the attendant social problems are also highlighted.Noise pollution is another serious pollution,such as water pollution,air pollution and solid waste pollution.Nowadays,the noise of industry,traffic and social life is full of our life.Noise can harm people's mental system and digestive system,and also may cause some disease.So the control of the noise pollution has reached the point of no delay.The sound-absorbing materials play an important role in the control of noise pollution.And as a porous sound-absorbing material,melt blown nonwovens have been greatly developed in recent years.The production process of it is simple,the specific gravity of it is light,the pore size of it is small,and the porosity of it is higher.The melt blown nonwoven which is comprised of ultrafine fibers has a good potential of sound-absorbing.However,the elastic recovery performance and the ability of keeping its original shape are poor.So in this paper we use high crimp hollow polyester fiber as the intercalation structure to improve the elastic recovery performance and porosity of it.In this paper,we use the software of FLUET to simulate the melt flow field and the melt flow field with transverse flow,to observe the temperature and velocity decay of the hot air which has high velocity in the airflow field from the simulation results,to analysis the effect of transverse air flow on the temperature and velocity attenuation of hot air which has high velocity and the effect of transverse air flow on melt blow nonwovens.We produce the intercalation melt blown nonwovens which have different content of hollow polyester and different fabric weight.In the result,the effect of hollow polyester fiber content on the sound absorption performance of the intercalated melt blown nonwovens and the influence of thickness on the sound absorption performance of the melt blown nonwovens were analyzed.Also the structure of the intercalated melt blown nonwovens and the position of hollow polyester fibers in the intercalated melt blown nonwovens were analyzed.The result show that the main effect of the transverse airflow in the air flow field is below 68mm in the spinneret and it can reduce the bonding degree of intercalated melt blown nonwovens.The structure of the intercalated melt blown nonwovens is similar to the shape of "Z",and the hollow polyester fiber is distributed between the melt blown web layers.
