Through reference to the stable form of tea polyphenols in acid and alkali conditions fixated the cotton fabric with different mass fraction acid and inorganic acid and alkali.Alkaline conditions were more conducive to tea polyphenols aggregation,combined with the dyeing effect of fabric.Sodium hydroxide has the best fixation effect,and the fabric color was deeper.Analysis the infrared spectrum of oxidation polymerization product-tanned red and dyeing of cotton fabrics after fixation and the potential changes of the dying process,proved that tea polyphenol has oxidative condensation reaction in acid and alkaline conditions,existed in the form of dimmers,trimers and less combination of high polymer of tea polyphenols.By drawing the stable form of tea polyphenols can combine with proteins in organisms,with glutin process fabric,to explore the dyeing process to determine the optimal dyeing technology of gelatin processing cotton fabric.The optimal dyeing condition were tea mess concentration was 25 g/1,pH = 7,dyeing temperature was 100 ?,dyeing time was 60 min.In combination with the fabric(dycing effect,fur-ther analyzes the role of proteins in fixated color process.In dyeing,carboxyl of tea polyphenols was combined with phenolic hydroxyl dehydration of gelatin.By drawing the stable form of tea polyphenols can combine with proteins in organisms,with chilosan process fabric,to explore the dyeing process to determine the optimal dyeing technology of chitosan processing cotton fabric.The optimal dyeing condition were tea mess concentration was 25 g/l,pH = 6,dyeing temperature was 110 ?,dyeing time was 60 min.In combination with the fabric dyeing effect,further analyzes the role of chitosan in fixated color process.In dyeing,tea polyphenols combined with chitosan in ionic bond,its bond energy stronger than hydrogen bonding,could made tea pigment deposited on fiber surface,achieved the purpose of color fixation.Measured the color fastness Uv-resistance and antibacterial performance of the three fixated color methods of dyed fabric,the results showed that after fixated,fabric had better rubbing,washing and lighting fastness,at the same time it also has excellent Uv-resistance and antibacterial performance.UPF has more than three times increased,in which the inhibition rate of e.coli could reach above 70%,the inhibition rate of staphylococcus aureus could reach above 85%.
