Food safety has become a major strategic issue involved in national health,social stability,economic interests and international trade,national image,even internetional foreign policy.?-adrenergic receptor agonists(ARAs),also known as ?-agonists,commonly known as "lean",are the most harmful chemical additive residues,which were most frequently found in animal originated foods.It is prohibited to be used as feed additives,because of the malignant food safety poisoning events.Detection technology is an important means of food safety regulation and an important reflection of the national food safety regulatory capabilities.The detection task of ?-agonist is arduous.Currently,the main detection methods of ? agonist are chromatography.But on one hand,chromatography need a high cost and tedious pretreatment procedures,on the other hand,it is time-consuming,it is really a huge challenge for the existing detection technology.A fast,sensitive,low cost,on-site detection method is urgently needed.For that reason,nanotechnology,immune analysis technology,surface modification technology and electrochemical sensing technology were joined together for ?-agonists nanometer sensor.The main contents were expressed as follows:1.A new method of electrochemical immunosensor based on graphene was established.Graphene and haptens were immobilized on the Glassy Carbon Electrode.There are specific interactions between antibody and antigen,which use K3[Fe(CN)6]as a sensitive probe.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)were use to detect the concentrations of Salbutamol,clenbuterol and dopamine.The experiments indicate that the electrochemical immunosensor has shown a highly sensitive and linear response.2.A nanometer immunosensor is developed.AuNPs and grapheme/chitosan suspending liquid were respectively modified on Glassy Carbon Electrode.The fabricated sensor was monitored by electrochemical method for the immune response with the purpose of the detection of salbutamol and clenbuterol.The electrochemical immunosensor has a wide linear limit and a high sensitivity.3.A new nanometer immunosensor is fabricated by using graphene/chitosan suspending liquid modified on the Glassy Carbon Electrode.The fabricated sensor of the graphene-?-agonists was monitored by electrochemical method for the immune response with the purpose of the detection of salbutamol and clenbuterol.The results indicate that the electrochemical immunosensor has shown a highly sensitive and broad linear range of the ?-agonists.The experiments for practical samles also shown a satisfying recovery rates.4.Graphene/chitosan complex film and NS-6 was modified on Glassy Carbon Electrode.The modified electrode was used for multiresidue immunodetection.The multiresidue immunosensor was used to detect the concentration of Albuterol,Clenbuterol and Tulobuterol by using electrochemical method.And the result showed that the immunosensor can realise the multiresidue immunodetection of Albuterol,Clenbuterol and Tulobuterol.
