Research On Intelligent Prediction System Of Oilfield Development Indicators Based On Agent

Intelligence is the future development direction of intelligent forecast system.In actual forecasting work,choosing what kind of forecast method and model,not only depends on the expert experience,but also need forecast personnel's higher professional quality.In order to improve the intelligence of the intelligent prediction system,this paper will integrate the Agent of the intelligent into the design of intelligent prediction system and propose a construction scheme of the intelligent prediction system of oilfield development indexes based on Agent.At first,this paper studies the intelligent prediction system and the agent technology.A coupling model of intelligent prediction system of oilfield development indices based on Agent is presented.Then K-Nearest Neighbor classification technique is applied to design the reservoir condition forecast agent.Secondly,model base and method based on the agent model were studied,including information about the input and output of each model,algorithm steps and the conditions of use.The models of prediction agents were found.Finally,using the software development technology realizes the preliminary simulation of intelligent prediction system on oilfield development index based on the previous design.This system can efficiently reduce the complexity of the system,enhance the system's robustness,have good interoperability,be easy to extend and modify.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Study the principle of intelligent prediction system.The artificial intelligence Agent technology is introduced into intelligent prediction system design field to put forward the structure of mechanism of intelligent prediction system of oilfield development indices based on Agent.(2)Research on the K-Nearest Neighbor classification technique is widely used in the field of information retrieval and data mining.Combine with the design of intelligent prediction system,design the reservoir condition forecast Agent of the intelligent prediction system of oilfield development indexes based on agent.(3)Study every oilfield production prediction method of various attributes,input and output information,knowledge and rules,coupled these to an Agent,design the reservoir condition forecast agent.(4)Database technology and software development technology have been carried on the intelligent prediction system of oilfield development indices based on Agent.Satisfactory results are obtained by the simulation experiment.
