In this study, the 194 wild mushrooms samples of seven species in Boletaceae(Boletus aereus,Boletus bicolor,Boletus edulis,Boletus speciosus,Boletus sinicus,Boletus flammans,Leccinum crocipodium)were collected from 24 regions of Yunnan province.Copper, iron, cadmium, lead, zinc and magnesium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)in mushroom samples and the underlying soils.what's more, the content difference caused by regions and species were compared. The bioconcentration factors of Boletaceae were calculated and estimated the exposure dose of wild mushrooms by oral route and the health risks. The results are as follows:1.Iron,magnesium,zinc,copper,lead,cadmium in the Boletaceae were measured, the results showed that:the range content were between 28.65?429.86,586.35?1194.64,64.59?301.95,14.64?74.52,0.12?1.48 and 0.01?6.28 mg/kg DW,respectively.Six kinds of mineral elements in the average content is Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cd>Pb.2.Mineral elements content were closely related to their geographical distribution. In Qujing city, the samples were higher level elements than other areas. The elements contents of Boletaceae mushrooms related to the mushroom species and the content of Cd in Boletus edulis was higher than other species.3.Evaluate the potential health risk of Boletaceae by using the EPA's recommended model. The results showed that the longlife health risk of metal elements was Cd>Cu>Zn>Pb.The potential health risk caused by carcinogens is three to four magnitudes higher than the non-carcinogens.Cd was the main risk source of Boletaceae mushrooms in Yunnan provice.4.The range contents of iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, lead and cadmium in the soil were 476.80?44777.81,154.01?5672.81,23.43?181.52,8.16?177.82,5.58?144.06 and 0.27?10.18 mg/kg,respectively.Six kinds of mineral elements in the average content is Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd.5.The bioaccumulation factors(BCF)of Fe,Pb,Cu,Cd,Mg and Zn were 0.00?0.43,0.01?0.03,0.06?4.52,0.02?1.71,0.19?6.63 and 0.46?6.41,respectively.Six kinds of mineral elements in the average BCF was Zn>Cu>Mg>Cd>Fe>Pb.The BCF were closely related to the elememts and the mushroom species.Bioconcentration factor(BCF)indicated that Zn and Cu were easily bioaccumulated by Boletaceae mushrooms and Mg was easily\bioaccumulated by Boletus flammans.6.Regression model analysis indicated that Cd contents in mushrooms were positively correlated with soil Cd contents, and negatively correlated with soil pH,except for the samples of B.bicolor.
