CO2 is an inert gas,and along with its increase in emissions,the greenhouse effect also increased.How to utilize CO2 resources,especially how to develop catalysts that change CO2 activity,has become the focus and difficulty of current researchers.The choices of precipitants have very significant effects at the properties and structures for the catalysts.This article was presented based on Aspen Plus software to provid etheoretical reference.It was propitious that the methanol synthesis reaction was promoted at lower temperature and higher pressure.It was the best composition of the methanol synthesis reaction,when the ratio of H2/CO2 was 3.0.In the paper,these influences,about single phase precipitates?NH3·H2O,NaHCO3,Na2CO3?and composite precipitant?Na2CO3/NaHCO3 at different ratios?on the catalyst precursors,catalysts component structure and catalyst performance for methanol synthesis through carbon dioxide hydrogenation were studied.It had been found that different precipitants had different influences on the structures and properties for the catalysts.For single phase precipitants,copper hydroxide and zinc hydroxide were formed in the catalyst precursor prepared by NH3-H2O,and after calcination,highly separated CuO and ZnO were formed,the particle size of CuO was 34.5nm.which made it difficult to form copper-zinc solid solution.In the catalyst prepared by NaHCO3,the particle size of CuO reduced to 8.6nm.S?CH3OH?and Y?CH3OH?were respectively 42.29%and 0.049 g·gcat-1·h-1.Compared with the single phase precipitant,the composite precipitants were more favorable to the formation of aurichalcites for the catalyst precursor.The thermal stability of catalysts was increased,and the interaction on CuO-ZnO enhanced.CuO became smaller and more uniformly dispersed on the catalyst surface oxide.The results showed,the reduction temperature about the CuO tended to lower,the medium alkaline position of catalyst surface tended to lower temperature,the specific surface area of catalysts was larger,catalytic effect was better.In particular,when the ratio of Na2CO3/NaHCO3 was 1.0,S?CH3OH?and Y?CH3OH?were respectively 53.45%and 0.115g gcat-1 ·h-1.The catalytic effect was best.
