This paper discusses the preparation of high performance high temperature nickel base alloy applied to MIM technology process parameters and the whole process of the subsequent processing and research the water atomized pre-alloy powders as the raw material preparation Incone1713C feedstock rheological behavior and the sintering process and performance analysis of two parts.Through metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,energy spectrum analysis,the modern analysis methods such as differential thermal analysis was carried out by a large amount of experimental work and theoretical analysis.Studied the use of the water atomized into raw materials Incone1713C alloy powder for injection molding process.Independent design group three kinds of many component binder formula,selection of 52%,54%,56%,three kinds of powder loading capacity,the control variable method into five kinds of feed,through the mixing torque test of five kinds of feeding,feeding of SEM morphology and rheological properties analysis comprehensive best powder loading capacity is 52%(volume fraction),the optimal binder formula for A(85%POM+5%HDPE+5%PW+5%SA),which can get proper injection feeding.The optimal process parameters for injection,injection temperature is 185?190 ?,die temperature is 110120 ?,the injection pressure is 70?75%of system pressure,injection speed is 65?70%.Binder removal using catalytic degreasing process,degreasing temperature is 120 ?,nitrate flow rate 1.0?1.5 cc/min,the degreasing time for 5 h,degreasing rate of 89.2%.Make seven kinds of sintering process curve after degreasing,through to the sintering specimen tensile performance test results on 3#sintering process curve as the best sintering process,namely in vacuum for 5 × 10-1MPa,1280 ? vaccum sintering 3 h and the relative density of 98.0%can be obtained by sintering of tensile samples 3,Respectively,at the room temperature,the tensile strength,the yield strength,the elongation and the hardness of tensile samples 3 is 1046 MPa,775 MPa,and 5.5%,37.3 HRC,more than the same brand of casting alloy performance,having reached the standard AMS5391 forging alloy.Selection sintered sample 3 through subsequent processing,after sintering and sintering + heat treatment states and sintering + hot iso static pressing(HIP)+ heat treatment state three states in sample analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties and fracture,HIP sintering + heat treatment state sample's relative density is above 99.8%.micro structure of which is even small;the tensile strength,the yield strength and the elongation of tensile samples 3 is 1263 MPa,764 MPa,12.4%,respectively,at the room temperature and the comprehensive mechanical properties of material is the best.
