Oil and gas resources in carbonate reservoirs is very rich and has relatively higher exploitation value.Along with the scope of oil and gas production in our country expanding abroad,domestic acid system existing can not meet the requirements of these special acid operation,because the regulation on international of dangerous chemicals such as hydrochloric acid is very strict and the requirements of toxicity of acidifier and the acid discharge standards is also very strict in some countries.At the same time,as the acid stimulation is constantly developing to deep well,which has put forward new requirements to the retarded sexual and steering ability of acid.Therefore,it is very significant that research and develop retarded acid system suitable for the acidizing of carbonate reservoirs,in which the toxicity and corrosion of all acidulant is low and the transportation of acidulant is not regulated.This paper studies the influence of the hydrolysis degree of sulfamic acid by the concentration of sulfamic acid and hydrolysis time and the temperature,what's more,the paper also examines the hydrolysis degree of sulfamic acid in the medium environment of different salt,acid,polymer and under the acid rock reaction,at the same time,also selected the chemical reagent CR to increase the dissolution rate of amino sulfonic acid at low temperature.The experimental results show that the hydrolysis of sulfamic acid is affected by temperature significantly,while the acid rock reaction rate is significantly faster than the hydrolysis rate,and sulfamic acid can be used carbonate acidizing in the temperature from 70? to 90?.A new compound amino sulfonic acid system has been developed in this paper by optimizing the other acidulant materials of low toxicity and corrosion,and amino sulfonic acid is the main acidulant in this acid system.The comprehensive performance of the compound amino sulfonic acid system,such as the toxicity of residual acid,the ability of acid dissolution and steering and so on,is also evaluated respectively.The experimental results show that the steering ability and slow ability of compound amino sulfonic acid is five times and six time of hydrochloric acid respectively,at the same time the compound acid has good compatibility and the toxicity of residual acid is safety,etc.Finally,the developed compound acid has been applied to acid stimulation of TianDong-10 well in Chongqing gas province,which is based on the indoor research,and the construction effect is very good.This paper provides the hydrolysis degree data of amino sulfonic at the temperature of 70??90?,and confirmed that the amino sulfonic acid can be used in carbonate acidizing at the highest temperature of 90?,which expand the upper limit temperature of its use in the field of acidification.The article takes the lead in the identification of the residual acid toxicity,and puts forward the concept of low toxicity and corrosion acid system,what's more,it provides an important reference for domestic acid system to applying abroad.
