Acidification technology to the oil and gas production of increasing has brought substa-ntial breakthrough,but the acid corrosion problems bring problem to people.Therefore,the first task is to solve the problem of acid corrosion,because it is the key to the acidification of construction.The using of acidification inhibitor can solve the problem of corrosion of oil and gas wells,the development of acidification inhibitor has experienced long period,The are many various acidification inhibitor now.But most corrosion is characterized by poor heat resistance,poor acid-soluble.In order to achieve good results,We need to mix acidification inhibitor and other synergists compound.Based on the above-described problems,paper designed and synthesized five new double mannich base acidification inhibitor,the performance of the five inhibition are evaluated by weight loss method and compare the performance of the five inhibitor.The best performance of the five inhibitor is synthesized by the raw materials of glyoxal,acetophenone and ethanolamine.The inhibitor-? need not complex with other synergists,N80 steel corrosion rate is lower than the level of industry-standard value 3.0g/(m2·h),Corrosion rate is about 99%,and is excellent in the acid solution,it does not appear sediment and stratification.Then the optimal synthesis conditions result is getted by the optimization of inhibitor-IV synthesis conditions,material ratio glyoxal(n):acetophenone(n):ethanolamine(n)is 0.7:1.2:1.0,the reaction temperature is 70?.pH of the reaction is 9.The products are characterized by IR spectra and 1H-NMR spectra which have proven product for the target product.The inhibitor-IV performance is evaluated in the different types of acid,it has super corrosion resistance performance in hydrochloric acid soil,tric acid,sulfuric acid,the corros-ion rate is about 99%.Besides the inhibitor-IV performance is evaluated in non-acid systems,the double mannich base inhibitor performance in NaCl solution and simulated industrial circulating water have good corrosion resistance performance.The acidification inhibitor-IV performance of acid system is better than salt solution system.The inhibitor-IV mechanism is researched by electrochemical polarization curves,and it is proved that the inhibitor is an inhibitory come anodic reaction-based mixed inhibitor,and the acidification inhibitor-IV performance is tested by electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray spectrosc-opy,the result is consistent with weight loss result.Using the molecular dynamics method imitates the adsorption of acidification inhibitor in iron surface,and when the adsorption of acidification inhibitor in iron surface is in balance,it can form layer of acidification inhibitor molecule film between the corrosion solution and iron surface,and protect the metal iron.In short,the inhibitor-IV is an excellent acid inhibitor,the corrosion performance could reach the industry of oil and gas level indicators,and it has the potential for long term research and development.
