Long buried pipeline is big different with geological and environment,internal pipeline produces defects that are difficult and strange,in order to ensure safe operation of defect pipeline,it needs to detect various types of corrosion defect pipeline,also to analyse and evaluate safety of detected corrosion defects.The paper uses the principle of ultrasonic testing to design device of ultrasonic detection in order to detect corrosion defects of internal pipeline,and analyses and processes data of the ultrasonic testing so that determines the size and orientation of the defects;it also uses domestic and foreign common flaw evaluation criteria and the finite element software ANSYS to evaluate residual strength of detecting data,which can grasp the operation of the pipeline,and effectively prevent the failure of buried Pipeline,so as to ensure the safe operation of pipelines and reduce accidents.This paper focuses on the following five parts:(1)It is a brief introduction of ultrasonic detection principle,designs pipeline ultrasonic inspection device based on Principle of ultrasonic detection so that detects internal corrosion defects of pipeline,and uses graphics processing technology to analyse and process so as to determine the size and orientation of corrosion defects.The contrast from the dimensions and aspects of the finite element analysis to detect and standard data analysis,verify feasibility of the ultrasonic detection device.(2)It is a brief introduction of domestic and foreign common evaluation theory,such as ASME B31G,API 579and SY/T10048-23;and also uses QtCreator programming software to design residual strength evaluation software of corrosion defects based on evaluation theory of ASME B31G,API 579 and SY/T10048-23.(3)It is use finite element analysis software to evaluate residual strength of corrosion defect data;it compares analyzing results of FEM with calculating results of ASME B31G,API 579calculations and SY/T10048-23,and also analyses conservation of various evaluation methods so as to provide guidelines of using the software for users.(4)It is use finite element analysis software to carry on thermosetting coupling analysis for detection pipeline,it evaluates equivalent effective stress of corrosion defects when considering the oil tenperature;it makes the analyze results compares with the results of ignoring oil temperature,and verify that thermal stress makes how much influence to residual strength of defection pipeline.(5)It studies heavy objects impact corrosion defects of buried pipeline by LS-DYNA software and analyze that how much influence to residual strength of defection pipeline at different speeds of heavy objects and at different depths of pipeline...
