At present,for large temperature difference low-pressure easy leakage complex formation cementing,at home and abroad adopt more low density,especially foam cement slurry technology,of course,there are such as bleaching bead low-density cement slurry,two stage and multistage cementing slurry system and cementing technique.However,there is both some limitations of itself.Such as foam slurry has high construction cost and process complex,drift beads could burst in a high-pressure environment and cause actual density increased,the cement stone could super retarding at the top low temperature environment,both of these adverse to the cementing operation.In view of the difference of the present application low density cement slurry for low voltage large temperature difference formation cementing,this paper innovative the solid low density cement slurry into the low pressure large temperature difference complex formation cementing operation.First,screening curing agent no.3 and bridge agent HC-9-2 under large temperature difference environment,they are both have good heat resistance and alkali resistance,at the same time using the blast furnace slag as the Inorganic active filler material,and creating the solid low density reduce material which is suitable for cementing under large temperature difference environment.Secondly,on the basis of the Yin and Yang zwitterionic polymer retarder,through distribution technology with PN and MN,and jointly formed the large temperature difference high-temperature retarder HZ-2 which is suitable for solid low density cement slurry.Then through a lot of experiments,and research out of the activation which is suitable both for oil well cement and the reduce material.Finally,through a large number of experiments of the oil well cement and additive material,designed the 1.30 g/cm3 and 1.40 g/cm3 two density points,and two bottom cycle high temperature 115?,125? solid basic formula low density cement slurry,which is suitable for the large temperature difference environment cementing.The comprehensive performance evaluation:the solid low density cement slurry has good routine performance,thickening performance,low permeability and good interface bonding strength.At the same time,the rapid development of cement strength,1.30 g/cm3 and 1.40 g/cm3 density of the early compressive strength of cement stone can above 14 MPa under the condition of low temperature environment.The large temperature difference solid low density cement slurry is very good solve the foam cement and drift beads limited problems of low density cement slurry at the same time by improving the large temperature difference gelled evaluation way,and researching the retarder and activator ease the super retarding phenomenon of cement stone,has the good applicability.
