Organic phosphine compounds have very important applications in the fields of chemistry and chemical engineering,biology,medicine and materials.In this paper,a method for constructing C-P bond by transition metal catalysis with acyl phosphine as phosphine reagent is introduced.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Transition metal Pd catalyzed acyl phosphine with aryl iodide,aryl bromide and trimethyl sulfonic acid ester coupling reaction to construct C-P bond.After at the optimum conditions of substrate expansion,proved that the reaction has good applicability of the substrate and strong functional compatibility,and can not only construct aryl phosphinous,phosphinous can also construct double alkyl substituted phosphine.At the same time,the rate of different aryl substituted acyl phosphine and phosphine hydrogen respectively react with aryl bromide is studied.The conclusion is that the coupling mechanism of acylphosphines and aryl halides and the coupling mechanism of phosphine hydrogen and aryl halides is not the same;2.To achieve the transition metal Ni catalyzed by the acyl phosphine reaction to build C-P bond.The substrate has wide applicability,strong functional compatibility,when acyl part is alkyl or the phosphine part is alkylthe decarbonylation reaction was still undergone.When the binaphthyl acylphosphine in chiralwas used in decarbonylation reaction,the reaction was still undergone,and the chirality of the product was still maitain.Under the optimal conditions,25 substrates were extended,and the highest yield was 90%.In the past,the phosphine reagents for the synthesis of organic phosphine compounds are mainly for the unstable air,easy oxidation reagent like the phosphine hydrogen or phosphine chloride.Acyl phosphine is a kind of organic phosphine which is stable to air.It is simple in preparation and easy to be purified,so it has potential to replace phosphine hydrogen and phosphine chloride as a new type of phosphine reagent.
