| With the development of the national economy,the qualities of the projects get more and more attention by the government and the people,especially the increasing number of economic disputes caused by inferior engineering waterproofing in recent years.How to ensure the quality of the project,how to reduce the cost of maintenance and the residents of the troubles,waterproofing project is one of the important links.However,what kind of waterproof material to use is also very critical.Now the successful application of polymer cement-based waterproof mortar is in various projects,with its excellent durability and production costs,making waterproofing maintenance probability is reduced,reducing unnecessary waste of resources.Therefore,in the future waterproofing project,how to use the polymer cement-based waterproof mortar effectively and correctly improve the quality of the project will be very important.In this paper,the causes of water leakage and the method of waterproofing of cement-based mortar are analyzed,the components of polymer cement-based waterproof mortar are analyzed and selected,the basic formula of polymer cement-based mortar is put forward and analyzed,the effects of mortar on the properties of mortar,such as impermeability,strength,shrinkage,water absorption and durability of polymer cement based waterproof mortar were studied,and the construction technology and related supporting technology of polymer cement-based waterproof mortar are also described.The research technical route is a polymer as main filling material to fill the pores in mortar,some properties and then combined with other appropriate dosage of admixture to improve mortar,improve the performance of the waterproof mortar.In addition,the polymer itself has an organic component which can be combined with inorganic materials,and then form a dense continuous film inside the material through a series of physical and chemical reactions.The mechanical properties and impermeability of the mortar can be improved to some extent by the above reaction,and the brittleness and water absorption of the mortar are reduced.The effects of different kinds of polymers on the properties of waterproof mortar were studied with ordinary common silicate cement mortar,and the suitable polymer species and the required dosage were obtained.In the course of this study,we also studied the content of cellulose,such as cellulose ether,hydrophobic agent,antifoaming agent and soon,which mainly affected the waterproof performance of mortar.And finally through the composition of each component control,optimize the ratio to be able to meet the JC / T984-2011 polymer cement mortar of the indicators of the required products.Then through the preparation of the polymer waterproof mortar used in practical engineering,to check the major performance of waterproof mortar waterproof.Through the use of engineering,found by controlling the polymer and other related admixture content,mainly to improve the performance of polymer waterproof mortar good: polymer cement waterproof mortar compressive strength ratio was reduced,high flexibility,enhance the ability to resist deformation;bond strength of polymer cement waterproof mortar and substrate is greatly improved;polymer cement waterproof mortar waterproof impermeability pressure.Thus,in order to meet the requirements of our company JNS brand polymer cement based waterproof mortar can be used in most parts of the project,the scope of application is more extensive. |
