By using kaolin to replace Al2O3 and SiO2,we produced strontium feldspar ceramic.Orthogonal experiments were carried out at different temperatures with two factors of Al2O3 and SiO2.Then,we carried out a comprehensive analysis by using microwave vector network analyzer and XRD.The results prove that:Using kaolin replacing Al2O3 and SiO2,the sintering temperature of celsian could reduce about 200 ?.In the sintering temperature range,with the increase of sintering temperature,the Q value was increased,the reason is that when the temperature is low,the reaction is not complete.The best sintering temperature is 1360?.The monoclinic phase of strontium feldspar in the microwave band has a dielectric constant of less than 2.9 and a Q value of higher than 1000,and it reached a practical index.In our experiment,when the molar ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 is 0.5,the content of SrCO3 is 1mol,and the content of Al2O3 is 1.08 mol,we obtained the dielectric constant reached 2.86 and the Q value reached 1071 tested on frequency of 18.005 GHz,there is no similar report in the field of low-k microwave dielectric ceramic so far.The prepared strontium feldspar ceramic is a promising low-k microwave dielectric material.The doping of B2O3,Y2O3 and ZrO2 had an effect on the dielectric properties of strontium feldspar.B3+ ions and Zr4+ ions are easier to enter the lattice,while Y3+ ions is more concentrated on the grain boundary,and the ions enriched on the grain boundary can obviously reduce the Q value of the material.The doping of B2O3 is the best.When the content of B2O3 is 0.035 mol,the dielectric constant of the sample is 2.85,and the Q value is about 1195.
