With the development of the technology and the improvement of living standards,people's requirements on the the quality of the food in the daily life are getting higher and higher.This will force the food business to make the testing requirements of food safety meet the current national standards in the production process,so that enterprises can also be in the growing competition in the field of food developing healthily.In this paper,Laoganma of flavor tempeh oil pepper is used as the main research object,we designed a system with the image processing technology based on machine vision and the whole system is mainly based on Windows system,C ++language,Qt as the development tool,Using OpenCV visual processing library for the algorithm and software interface design,and determianed the final algorithm to detect the quality of food problems accurately.First of all,based on the requirements of the topic and the depth and harsh requ-irements that need to be completed,I have studied that the current situation and trend of the development of machine vision related technology at home and abroad,accordi-ng to the previous experience,the image acquisition system of image processing plat-form is designed;In addition,the development of OpenCV and Qt and the basic composition of modules are briefly introduced,and the basic route of image processi-ng technology is studied,and the specific problrms of the study and the research route are basically determined,then,based on the technical route and the actual processing requirements of the experimental results based on the characteristics of the bottle itself to determine the test indicators of the test algorithm,and the final algorithm to determine;Finally,after the detection algorithm is determined,the interface of the food quality detection platform based on C ++ is designed.The system can change the configuration parameters of the algorithms,the system interface is intuitive and easy to operate,and it is convenient for the user oradministrator Operation and use.The system mainly completed Laoganma of flavor tempeh oil pepper in two aspects of the detection process.The one is that before the Laoganma production is filling in the empty bottles,we detected whether the bottles have another foreigner things;the another one is that we detected the height of the height level whether meet the standard or not.After testing that they can meet the testing requirements and set a good foundation of removal of substandard productions.
