Research On The Dyeing And Dyeing Technology Of Rare Fiber Llama Velvet And The Hanging Point

This article studied the preventive methods of dyeing processing technology and warp hanged defect about precious vicuna fiber.Sedimentation type wool washing method was by the combined action of lotion and the hanging cage completed on rare ingredients vicuna wool,this method has no mechanical damage,no felt.Through application of the single factor analysis method,studied the effects of dyeing time,temperature and pH value on the fiber,summed up the optimization process that can be used for batch processing,the technology has the advantages of high color fastness,non felt.This article also studied the the principle of warp hanged defect,analysis of the static force and dynamic force in the process of warping and weaving,by controlling elongation better solve the warp hanged defects,and put forward the feasible preventive methods in produce.The article has a good reference for the processing of other rare fiber,suitable for the natural animal fiber that shorter than the length of 40mm used in the worsted spinning fields,for other fiber that low strength,short length,easy felt has good applicability.
