Supramolecular hydrogels,composed of a solid network in water,primarily formed by molecules self-assembly under specific conditions through non-covalent interactions,have various potential applications in areas including sensing,controlled drug delivery,and tissue engineering.As the critical process of gelation,a reasonable hydrogelor needs three structural components: hydrophilic moieties,flexible chain,and hydrophobic moieties,the hydrophobic-hydrophilic balance of which consequently led to the gelation.Compared to the hydrogel with long alkyl chains as hydrophobic ends,?-conjugates-contained hydrogel do have more advantages due to stronger ?-? interaction,relatively compact volumes,more predictable and efficient self-assembly.In the previous work,we explored the self-assmbly of ?-conjugated pyridinium amphiphiles,especially the pyridinium-functionalized anthracene amphiphiles.In order to investigate the gelation behavaior of more ?-conjugated amphiphiles,in this thesis the following two parts of work was carried out:(1)A dual-component charge-transfer(CT)-induced supramolecular hydrogel was fabricated using pyrene-tailored pyridinium(PYP)and 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone(TNF)as the electron donor and acceptor,respectively.Its thermal stability and mechanical property have been modulated effectively by altering the concentration or molar ratio of PYP and TNF.Moreover,this CT hydrogel exhibited a distinct injectable self-healing property that could be utilized to create desired patterns on substrates.Such property holds potential for this CT hydrogel in fields like three-dimensional printing and surface coating.(2)Aphotocontrolled morphology and rheology conversion of self-healing GAG supermolecule hydrogel was fabricated using azobenzene and glycyrrhizic acid.Its thermal stability and mechanical property have been investigated with a sample of 22 mg/m L.And also,it photocontrolled morphology and rheology conversion was reported through photoisomerizable GAG with UV light irradiation.
