The synthesis of the ligand 2-?2,2,2-trifluoroethyl?-1-tetralone?TFT?which has high sensitized luminescence properties of rare earth ion was exhibited and its complexes Eu?TFT?3?Bpy?Hex?1?,Eu?TFT?3?Phen??2?,Gd?TFT?3?Bpy??3?and Gd?TFT?3?Phen??4??Phen=1,10-phenanthroline,Bpy=2,2-two bipyridine?were described in detail.Meanwhile,the ligand TFT was coordinated with Cu2+ions to form copper complex Cu?TFT?2?5?.The structural characteristics of the five complexes were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis?TGA?,infrared spectrum analysis and single crystal X ray diffraction.The crystal structures of the complexes 1,2,3,5 were described.The ligand and its complexes were characterized by fluorescence excitation,emission test and UV absorption measurement method.The results show that the TFT ligand absorbs energy efficient and transfers to the central metal ion,and effectively enhances the luminescence properties of Eu3+ion.In addition,the structure and properties of the complex?2?were optimized by DFT theory,the calculated results are basically consistent with the experimental data of X ray structure and spectral analysis.Among them,the rare earth europium complexes were mixed with PMMA to form Eu/PMMA nanofibers by electrospinning,and their properties were discussed.In the study of copper complexes,we found that the sulfur ions capture the copper ion from the complex and restore the fluorescence of the ligand quenched by copper ions due to the good affinity between Cu2+and S2-ions by UV and fluorescence analysis.In the anion contrast experiment,when the other anions were added,the UV and fluorescence spectra of the copper complex were obviously changed.This result proves that the copper complexes have highly selective recognition effect on S2-ion.
