In 2017,the national gasoline and diesel oil was changed to the national V standard.In order to increase the market competivity,the Petrochemical CompanyRefinery Factory upgraded the refine diesel oil devices.There are two major problems in device operation:the first one is that during the operation,a large amount of excess dry gas is produced by the hydrogenation of diesel oil.The second is that there is a shortage of low hydrogen containing in the important raw material of diesel oil hydrogenation,and the original diesel hydrogenation unit is used by raw materials of hydrogen purity of only about 90%that is unable to reach the demand of V diesel hydrogenation.And it also needs a high purity of hydrogen source.However,the drying gas is one of the direct hydrogen source.In this thesis,the separation of hydrogen from the dry gas was used as an objective function;the hydrogen containing about 32%of the dry gas from the catalytic hydrogenation uint was used as the raw material;and the integrated technology was applied from the hollow membrane separation and the pressure swing adsorption method,the hydrogen purity could be higher than 99%.And this high purity of hydrogen can meet with the demand of the national grade V diesel oil hydrogenation unit.The results show that this method was not able to meet this requirement by using a single membrane recovery process as well as the pressure swing adsorption process.By combing the two processes,the gas of permeability of membrane separation device can improve dry gas hydrogen concentration from 32%to higher than 75%,which was used as the materials for the gas pressure swing adsorption device.Then the pressure swing adsorption separation uint can effectively condensate the hydrogen concentration higher than 99%.That is to say,the combination device can be able to separate dry gas into high purity hydrogen,fuel gas and light hydrocarbon mixture components.Based on an estimated method,when the device was put into run for the recovery of hydrogen from the dry gas,it can deal 160 thousand tons of dry gas annual year,and obtain 4800 tons of hydrogen,155.2 thousand tons of high quality fuel gas.And the device can directly create the benefit of 350 million yuan in RMB,and also obtain high economy and energy saving benefits.At last,the method of this thesis provides a standard separation method of hydrogen from dry gas for resource utilization for the other refinery factories in China.
