Nanotechnology has developed rapidly and entered into the chemical power supply,structure,functional materials,medicine,biological engineering and various special environment of chemical sensors,and many other applications in recent years.At present,there are many methods to prepare nanomaterials,and electrochemical deposition has advantages such as simple operation and easy regulation,which is one of the common methods for preparing nanomaterials.In this paper,we prepared gold nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode and controllable shape heterojunction structure of gold platinum composite nanoparticles on conductive ITO modified electrode by the electrodeposition method.Then the electrocatalytic properties of the electrode are used to carry out a series of work.The main experimental work is as follows:?1?In the experiment,we prepared a high percentage of Au?111?crystallographic plane of gold nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode for detection of glucose.The electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose has important applications in the fields of environment-friendly bio-fuel cell and blood glucose detection.Ascorbic acid?AA?and chloride ion are indispensable substances in the human body,and the interference of both of them should be excluded in the detection of glucose.The prepared electrode has low detection limit and sensitivity in glucose detection.Addition,it is stable and has good anti-interference ability.?2?The PtNPs/AuNPs/ITO electrode was prepared by ITO electrode for methanol catalytic oxidation.The preparation of electrode is mainly divided into two steps,the first step prepared AuNPs/ITO electrode by cyclic voltammograms,the second step prepared PtNPs/AuNPs/ITO electrode in 0.1 M H2SO4+0.01 mM K2PtCl6 solution prepared by electrochemical deposition method.In the two-step preparation stage,the deposition potential and the number of sedimentary cycles were screened.Gold nanoparticles growed in gold and the platinum nanoparticles deposited on gold nanoparticles rather than the glass through screening potential Thus it greatly improved the uniformity of nanoparticles and surface active area.and better play to the double metal in the process of methanol catalytic synergy.The PtNPs/AuNPs/ITO electrode has good stability,methanol oxidation peak current density can be up to 63mA mgPt-1,positive and negative and current ratio?jf/jb?is 10.3,which is a traditional PtCo/C catalyst?jf/jb=1.32?of nearly 7.8 times,shows excellent methanol catalytic ability and ability to resist poisoning.
